Stephanie Burton


Stephanie Burton provides legal advice to clients regarding construction and design, corporate matters, employment law, and for claims involving professional negligence. She represents small and large companies, architects, engineers, contractors, medical providers, attorneys, directors and officers, insurers and individuals.

Stephanie has experience drafting and negotiating contracts and providing legal advice to assist clients with issues that may impact their business. When disputes arise, Stephanie has the trial experience needed to represent clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Stephanie is a frequent writer concerning issues impacting design and construction professionals. She is a primary author of the firm’s blog, Column & Beam.
