A lifelong Spartanburg resident, Brian has worked for Gibbes Burton since 2008. Brian has detailed understanding about construction terms, organizational structures, and technical issues. Brian’s understanding enables him to identify factual issues, applicable technical literature, and key documents.

Gibbes Burton licenses its own e-discovery software and servers to save clients money in handling e-discovery and to assist the firm in sifting through voluminous information to find key facts. Brian has training and experience in handling electronic data. He understands how to process and organize electronic data for efficient discovery.

Personal Interests

Brian served as Spartanburg Running Club president. He’s a Level 1 Coach in Road Runners Club of America and member of Freewheelers of Spartanburg, a club dedicated to biking safety. He served as Spartanburg chapter team coordinator for globalbike, a nonprofit seeking to use bicycles as a tool for social impact, economic development, and women’s empowerment in sub-Saharan Africa. Brian is a licensed judge and member of the Hunting Retriever Club. A Boykin Spaniel owner and breeder, Brian served as past board member and vice president of the Carolina Boykin Spaniel Retriever Club.
