Frank Gibbes

Frank H. Gibbes, III

Founder, Retired

Retired trial lawyer Frank Gibbes possesses over 40 years’ experience and has tried over 200 cases in South Carolina’s state and federal courts. He’s served as local counsel in many commercial and complex litigation matters, including patent infringement, unfair trade practices, trade secrets, and construction claims. Frank served on the South Carolina Supreme Court Committee that drafted the Rules of Civil Procedure when the rules were adopted in 1983 until the committee finished work in 2008. 

Personal Interests

A gentleman farmer and retiree, Frank devotes time to his farm. He’s an excellent golfer.  Frank also often performs construction projects for his church.
